and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 703 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported slow moving
thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned
area.

Blacklick Creek, Bluestone River, Brush Creek, Big Spring
Branch, Bratton Branch and Beaver Branch.
